About This Blog

What happens when a "30-something" professional decides to indulge her love for playing in make-up? Part-time beauty school, of course! This blog will chronicle my experiences as a part-time aesthetics student at the hottest beauty school in the south (aka “Nashvegas Beauty U” on this page). In the process of learning how the "industry" defines beauty, I hope to investigate a little further into TRUE beauty - - because we all know our perceptions are a little warped. So, relax. Kick off your Jimmy Choos, slice up a cucumber for your tired eyelids, and enjoy a few stories of the good, the bad, and the beautiful.
